LMM Project Management:

LMM activities require skills in mechanics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, acoustics, chemistry, and advanced investigation techniques based on calculation and measurement. We clearly state the resources available to our customers during proposal submission writing, and throughout the complete project.

A manager is named for each project. He is the primary contact with the Customer during the project and maintains direct communication at all times. This communication guarantees effective transmission of knowledge and results. Qualitative, technical and human aspects are analysed during project reviews.

LMM has developed a network of agents all over the world to ensure close collaboration with our customers, covering China and Taiwan, Korea, India, UK and Russia.
